lEVEL I - AT SCENE COLLISION INVESTIGATION
Description
Level I is the first class in accident reconstruction training. Attendees are law enforcement, insurance investigators, engineers, and others crash investigators. This week long (40 hours) class will introduce students to the importance of a quality investigations using the following techniques:
- Identify and document crash evidence
- Skid mark analysis
- Report writing
- Scale diagramming
- Scene photography
- Introduction to time and distance analysis as it applies to crash investigations
- Introduction to airborne equations
